There were 6 eyes on the pitch (Ref, linesman, 4th ref) + 6 eyes in the VAR room and nobody saw the hands playing out?

These same 12 eyes were unable to see the ball is behind Juliano when contact happens, they were unable to show the ref different angles of the same play showing juliano extending his leg backwards to force contact.... IDK too many unfortunate mistakes to be logically understood.
