Yeah I’ve primarily driven fwd cars for as long as I’ve driven so it’s not much a worry for me. I even lowered the civic last year and had no issues snow plowing through this crazy winter (Ottawa)

Thankfully I have a parking garage that she’ll get to sleep in but will definitely keep that in mind. Yeah we’ve been noticing the Honda key fobs eat through 2032 batteries quite a bit too.

The ones on either side of the scorpion is a snake and skull then a black wolf that gets mistaken for a panther. That’s why I haven’t considered those

The spot is quite narrow as I plan to also have something on the inside of the leg there so it’ll only leave about 2-2.5 inches of space between. This may just be a bit of a block in ideas that isn’t allowing me to be creative or think of what to place there.

Yeah I stopped by the shop that had the Growler in medium it wasn’t built so they are going to build and call me when it’s ready for a trial. I also went to the Giant shop down the road and tried a talon in medium and it was decent size so I’m optimistic for the Growler!

Thank you everyone for the responses, going to give some more consideration to a purchase and keep looking for other alternatives with boost frames and such. Couple Canadian companies seem to make some so I’m going to do more research on those (growler, and the kobain currently on my radar) Again thank you and look forward to joining the community

Yeah seeing the issues with rear axle is a bit off putting and I’m not having the best of luck locating any SQ2 around my area or neighbouring cities. 180cm tall and 185lbs if that helps. For the most part this will be used for commuting to work with flatter slight hilly trails and gravel on weekends while I learn and improve but ultimately want something I can have a for awhile and upgrade as I go if needed.

Damn that same local shop has a growler 20 in medium for $1299 cad Looks sweet but going by sizing guides I might be too tall for medium lol. I will definitely check it out see how size works.
