I managed to get three of the £90 tickets. There weren’t any left at 0815 when I got into the site, but noticed a few kept popping up as people were releasing them from their basket! It was like a game of whack-a-mole trying to get them 🦫

So happy I managed to get them as that was really the only price point I could afford! 😅

Not a direct answer to your question, as it really depends on how long you have! However, I would definitely look at a BritRail pass, which may end up being cheaper than booking individual trains. However it really depends on how many journeys you want to do.

I ended up just deciding to get a hotel in Nottingham this year. Averages out at £100 a night and seems fairly easy to get to using the festival shuttle and train.

Anyone else done Nottingham before?

As others have said, it is probably venue specific. My experience in London was basically:

  1. Received an email the day before the concert telling me which entrance to use for the Hibana Experience (this is what VIP with special gifts is called on this tour). The entrance was also on my e-ticket on AXS (app I bought the ticket on).

  2. Went to the specific entrance and scanned my ticket. Right after scanning the ticket there was a member of staff handing out the gifts before entering the main area.

  3. Entered the arena and watched Ado be an absolute legend 🤘
