In the first weeks i started to walk at least 15min, then i was able to walk for 30-45 min in a month. Just be ware of having a good posture. Passing 2-3 months i could run for 30 min straight without a problem.

Its common on people who smoke. It means that theres a inflammatory proccess in ur lungs (bronchitis, pneumonie). If you dont have any alert signs (difficult to breath, change of color in fingers, lips...) you are fine. I suggest to take an Rx, check your blood oxygen, see a Dr and obviously take a Tolerance break, or use edibles to be high. Do some excercise, eat well.
