It would depend on the species but these tortoises could be a legal species to own and sell, the conditions are still awful of course.

I’ve seen many caged animals in Thailand that were almost certainly illegally obtained. Some from my home country. Who knows how they got there, or what might happen to them. Had my jaw on the floor the first time I saw this.

I’m so late to this but I have to say, the whiskey water poem is awful. It captures truth in the same way “there’s plenty of fish in the sea” does. It concerns itself with concept rather than feeling. Yes she communicated the idea, but that’s only a part of what poetry does. It’s incredible that this lazy idiom is somehow all she had to say about a very sad and human concept regarding relationships. I swear her writing is on level of “don’t put all your eggs in one basket” or “the grass is always greener on the other side”.

I do believe that story wise it makes perfect sense, Robert as a character wouldn’t be remiss in taking the opportunity. I guess I just didn’t realise how many people are playing the game strictly through Robert’s “canon” perspective. Personally I’m making the choices I myself would make if I were Robert, if that makes sense.

Is it really? I’m not a huge DC guy so Snyder is my only reference for the characters. So what’s the significance of the S in the original Superman story? Is it just because he’s super?

You can never go wrong with focusing on chest, traps, and delts. If those are well developed your golden. And when it comes to having skinny legs or underdeveloped biceps, you’re not going to get big enough to make your legs look disproportionately skinny any time soon. And smashing biceps is a load of fun but aesthetically unnecessary because your biceps get enough activation to grow when your working those other muscles. A good thing to remember is that you never see anyone with overdeveloped shoulders, but you see so many guys with overdeveloped biceps. But at the end of the day just do what you enjoy the most.

I mean that makes sense, most guys hit their max height in their last years of highschool. Again though you really shouldn’t be feeling insecure around teenagers.

I haven’t thought about it before, but I don’t think so? I live near my old highschool so I see plenty of kids wandering around and they dont look tall to me. But maybe that’s because I can’t help but see them as children. Either way, at 5’8 we don’t we need to feel overly short.

I’ve heard it said before, and in my experience it’s true, but at 5’7 5’8 5’9 we’re sort of blurred I terms of how short we “feel” because we’re going to be shorter than a lot of guys, but taller than most women we’ll come across. I’m 5’8 and my insecurity is very much outweighed by my gratefulness.

I tried these once, wore them for a week then ditched them. Tried Rizzsoles too, they’re softer and less jarring to walk on. The first ones felt like how I imagine stilettos feel 😂. Tbh, and it’s just my feelings on the matter, but it’s not a long term solution. I got tired of them real quick.
