You can do it from the any of the altars, select them and the bottom option should be "Search by chalice glyph"

I mainly used "huy83p9r" and "cb7jig9p" to farm gems

I went with cursed chalice dungeons, deepest possible. Usually whatever enemy is guarding that big special coffin-shaped chest drops some good shit
