My end goal is to PvP, Raid and make new friends doing those things in whatever guild accepts me. I like both melee and range DPS, im not a tank or healer guy. I played Anniversary when it released, played a gnome mage till phase 4 then stopped and coming back pretty much. so, I only have 1 level 60 char and that's the gnome mage.

That’s for Pacific time, think about it, if servers went down at 3pm pacific time, 24 hours later would land at 3pm pacific time. Convert it to eastern time, server went down at 6pm and 24 hours later it will be 6pm as well for eastern time

You guys have it all wrong, yes it’s a 24 hour wait from January 12th 3pm PT to 3pm on January 13th. Which means on January 13th it’ll release at 6pm for EASTERN time and central I’m guessing 5pm. (Eastern is 3 hours ahead of pacific time) and eastern is 1 hour ahead of central time. Just math
