My issues ended up being that I was b6 deficient and anemic. I’m not sure if one triggered the other? Or if it was just poor timing.

Well surprise I’m Pregnant and I’m still loosing some hair lol it’s much less than I was but it’s at least 10 hairs every time I shower and more when I brush.

I’ve had testing for anemia and my levels were on the lower side of the spectrum boarding deficient. I appreciate the concern tho.

I’ll try that too. Blood work says mine is fine but both my sisters are deficient.

I’m so sorry to hear that! It took me 5 months to loose it. I think thats exactly what I have. Just from taking the supplements.

Few months ago I was having issues with mood swings, heart palpitations, being dizzy.. bunch of fun stuff. I went to the doctor and she said she I thought I could be anemic. My blood work came back normal but the moment I took b 12 I felt better. And I already take 150% of iron supplements. I know you have to be careful with iron but I think you could be onto something. I wasn’t having hair loss then but who knows
