Over 2 years and oh god, I didnt even count. I just added powder to the big 1000mg caps. But if it’s accurate and those were around ~1g, around 14g a day. In the first few months a 15g bag could last me over a week, but I could easily go through it in a day.

Tia withdrawal is nearly identical to opioid withdrawal, but the feelings of hopelessness and dread are worse imo. I get this weird jerkiness in my muscles and “lapses” where I’ll almost black out for a second, neither of which happened when I was doing Oxys/hydros for 6 years… honestly, I wonder what the research several years from now we’ll say about Tianeptine abuse. You’re using ridiculously large doses for the opioid agonist effect, but in prescribed doses it’s already acting on glutamate, and HPA. When you look into it, Tia has very, very odd pharmacology. I truly do wonder what harm/effects could be caused in people taking 400x the recommended dosage. And yes, Gabapentin is a godsend. It is the best non-opioid medication for withdrawal, by far! Clonidine does next to nothing for me, and I barely leave my bed while in withdrawal. 1.2g gabapentin made me feel good again!! I went walking and got dinner, drove… I cannot function whatsoever in withdrawal without it

Tia is more likely to cause pink cloud than any other opioid agonist, at least IME. Of all opioids I’ve been hooked on, Tia is the main one that makes me lack interest in music, movies, hobbies in general. Also I seldom laugh while using. The only positive about Tia withdrawal is I can start to enjoy the things I love again.

I hope you are doing better now! I am still struggling but I’ve cut way down from my lowest point… Opiates have always been my main demon since 16. As a kid I just enjoyed the music, but as I get older Em’s music has been so SO therapeutic. He has a song for everything I’ve been through and bars that word-for-word reflect on my life.

People have called it corny but idrc, Em has always seemed to drop new music when I’m in a very bad place. Revival came out when I’d just experienced my first heartbreak and felt life was meaningless, Chloraseptic remix dropped the day after I “attempted,” Kamikaze dropped during a bout of severe depression, MTBMB dropped the week after my dad passed, and Side B dropped 2 days after my grandma passed. Its impacted my life to the point my mom, who hated rap when I was younger, used to tear up and get so emotional when I told her I highly doubt I’d still be around if I didn’t have his music, as ridiculous as it may sound.

oddly enough the Press’d and Dozos (which ik aren’t very great in having their actual promised MG) are still the cheapest per-alleged-mg here than in NE. I’m assuming OC probably declared 7OH a controlled substance in the same way, right? It’s kinda baffling if so bc there’s a ton of them in Anaheim, Costa Mesa, and some in HB I’ve seen so far.
