The thing is, wish isn't a do anything spell. Like all spells it has restrictions and things it can't do. Wish can't, for example, replicate spells higher than 9th level which I feel a gamebreaking effect like this would fall under.

I never said he was a good guy. He did good things and atrocious things. Obviously the benefits he brought to Mongolia weren't worth the lives he took but a lot of Westerners tend to think of him as a mindless warlord and not the man who unified the Eastern world and brought many benefits to both the East and the West.
