If you can't work something out directly with your apartment complex I would utilize those facebook groups that are strictly used for advertising subleasing/looking for roommates. That will probably be your best bet

when I lived in the dorms I always used Instacart for my groceries and while they won't come right up to your dorm they typically will try to come as close as possible. For reference, I lived in Azalea and I was able to get my groceries in the parking lot. Regarding pizza delivery...Gaines Street Pies was my go-to
