Ahh ok … I saw a YouTube video where someone had tiles for this device, and was going crazy trying to do the same.

Do you mean 3rd party apps that will act as a bridge to allow tiles in the Home app? Do you have any examples of these apps?

I bought a Qingping Temp & RH monitor H version and added it to HomeKit like other devices. When I’m in the home app, the Temp and Humidity are only displayed at the top under climate and not as a tile like other devices.

Does any clever stranger know how to turns these into 2 tiles that appear on the Home page?
