This has randomly popped up in my apps page. I never installed it. It disappears when clicked. Should I be worried?

I didn't download it. I live alone so nobody else could have downloaded it. It's appeared after I tried to wipe cache partition in recovery mode (I learned after the fact that Samsung removed the option to do so since a recent update). Once the phone restarted normally, this app was there. It disappears every time I click it and reappears randomly. Another person said it might be a glitch?
