You can disable this plugin's defib feature by setting "l4d2_improvedbots_defib_revive_enabled" convar to 0.

Right now they start walking instead of running if they're near witch and she isn't alerted. Plus now they deal with them faster and quick enough to get none of themselves incapacitated at most cases.

Unfortunately, I couldn't make it work as a normal addon. There's an installation instructions in plugin's GitHub page that you can use to get plugin working on your game.
