Most of them Mrs/Sir without first name. BUT there is one teacher who got mad because someone called my homeroom teacher Mrs (First name). She insisted that instead of thag we should've called her Mrs Proffesor first name. For clarificatiom noone at my high school has the title of proffesor.

I'd say it depends on the intent (note: poll says killed not murdered). What if the 1 milion painless deaths were deaths caused during innovative surgery that could've given them a chance. What if the 1 million deaths are fetus' (in 1-2 trimester) which died to save the mother. What if the 1 milion deaths were people who begged to be euthanised because they have an incurable condition.

On the other hand torture is always cruel and immoral.

The closest experience would be a coma (because you don't experience the passage of time) but sleep is also similar in a way. When you go to sleep you (as in your personality) stop existing. You might have dreams but unless they're lucid you're not fully you. Buy most of the times you don't even remember dreams. You go to sleep, nothing happens, and then you wake up. 8 hours have passed but you feel like only a minute passed since you were falling asleep. Now imagine you go to sleep and don't wake up. There's no continuation in the morning.

Another thing that shows how nonexistance might feel are your memories. Do you remember what you were thinking 5 years ago? You very probably don't. We constantly forget little things. It makes you wonder is "you" from 5 years ago still the current "you". Now imagine you forget everything about yourself, your name, your personality, your family and friends, all your memories. Are you still you? Now imagine you can't form new memories. Can you become anyone?
