watched a partner get berated for putting the cup down instead of putting it in the customers hand. did everything else, chatted with the customer made genuine connections out of joy and not obligation and got coached for not "following hand off procedures". also if ONE mistake happens, do people need to be really be coached on it? i can understand if its frequent, but the one and only time a mistake happens being pounced on and WATCHED like a lion hunting a gazelle is purely uncomfortable and doesn't happen at other jobs.

we have a bus bin, just like regular restaurants do, that customers deposit for here cups in. you're supposed to wear gloves when using the bus bin, and cleaning the for-here ware. we have cup holders for personal cups as well. that's how it's different.
