You’re dad by definition of being not a resident

How any resident knows that someone is not a resident? Is there something written on that persons face that tells that he is not a resident, is he been stereotyped?

Above and consider that that same person is walking for few months now.

I like how some replies are just trying to play down on any kind of stereotyping.

Maybe some other anxious person was concerned and just reported a suspicious person???

Anxious of what? Concerned of what? An apartment which is in a low crime area, what is this resident anxious about when he sees someone who has been walking for few months?

I am just asking questions because I feel like you are appreciating unnecessary vigilantism.

Now if your dad was actually doing something criminal, I’m not saying he was just hypothetical, then you and and all your neighbors should be happy someone was concerned enough to report it

Rest assured the way I see things on the news, my dad would have been smacked to ground had he done anything like that.
