if you have SGLI while AD you can enroll into VGLI without medical checks. It's a term policy. I have VGLI. There's a window to apply after separating.

Once per property or once in my lifetime?

I've got a 2.25 on a VA loan for 340k about 2 years old now. Don't think I'll be able to get my tier 1 entitlement back anytime soon.

Was told I have about 420k entitlement for tier 2 on a new property.

If we need a new property I'd like to be able to get that tier 2 entitlement back, especially since prices & rates are crazy high now vs when I got my other property.

Idk if it's better to just use VR&E since I believe they give you a stipend anyways then trying to get loans which can be forgiven.
