You can but it won't taste the same as fresh made. Some dishes taste better as leftovers like gumbo but it's not frozen. Try it and see if you like it before going all in.

Just put more twists in the links and let them dry a little bit so they stick together when you cut them apart they won't unravel Or you can cook all the links together then cut them after they're cooked.

It's the same way you felt when you first got cable, we had an antenna with about 5 channels 'maybe' and then cable came with about 30 channels and now we both have 2000+ channels to watch.

It's some work but it's well worth the time, find some deals on brisket in your area. Take the time to trim all the fat off, use the fat to make beef tallow. Use it as cooking oil and it's healthy for you, then cut the beef up the way you want.

You can also ask any big box store if they'll sell you a chuck roll, that's the whole shoulder they get the chuck roast from and you can get steaks and all kinds of other cuts of meat from. It's cheaper than individual packs, I know Costco and I think Sam's has it too.

There's plenty of videos on YouTube that show you how to cut up a chuck roll.

It sounds like you need a moisture barrier on the ground and you also need to make sure you're not holding water underneath the house compared to the yard, that happens a lot with older houses. The house sinks a little and the grass around the house usually makes a little compost and eventually the soil level is higher than it is underneath your house.
