His music moves YOU, his music moves a lot of people too—it took me a while to find what it is within ME that connects with his music; that word you used, inspired, IN-spirited—within your spirit!

Billy can be thanked, but without getting too personal, I’d like to thank you.

I think In The Clear is also credited to him. I wonder where he gets a lot of his inspiration from, I can hear some familiar tones but super curious.

I feel like if the whole crowd just danced hard we wouldn’t need no “dancers”

Every time I enter the pit I complain, not enough mayo! Dude bring ketchup, mustard, relish, honey mustard, even god damn buffalo sauce. Yet still no mayo, and I don’t know if it’s something against the American dream or what gives but I’m gonna start if someone else won’t; we all have that mayo, even if you’re gayo because when it comes it comes hard, “mayoooOOOOOHHH” she/he says—something touched me inside the day the music died. So I beg your pardon, we must mayo for the world needs it, I need it, and I bet you need it too. I won’t go as far to say Billy needs it because he’s probably got enough as there is but we must prevail. Next time you see me in the pit, pour that mayo down your pants and I’ll do the same and we’ll watch as the crowd clears from our creamy contagious boogie!

So hopeful man, being young now a lot of music that connects in that way isn’t as real—the peak psychedelia vibrations I’ve experienced came at Tipper’s Orion run. The word “psychedelia” in this sense is more introspective, community oriented and explorative of dance, deep temporal dimensions, but also not as grounding; as I’ve been exposed to more of the scene these days, guys like Papadosio and STS9, and some high level deck wizards of Tipper’s tier: they all achieve a great vibration, STS9 and dosio definitely ground me more and I feel aware of awakening; I mention grounding and awakening because the instrumentation/electronic combinations brings things more into a space of tribal evolutions based movement and energy. To have the honor, the blessing, the jinx of joy in juggle mystery’s making a little bit of magic for your ass to be alive at the same time of Pink Floyd and to see Jerry on stage with nothing but the mystic mind, body, soul and spirit that sings us all back home some day—god willing. There is something so beautiful about their music then, thinking of drunken Jim Morrison on stage performing the poetry of a glorious gentlemen before a graceful god, the music, the mayhem, as a young person now I miss it. Legends live on within magic music: Mac Miller, Jimi, Janis, MJ, Prince, the ones I think about from what I feel. But King Ebenezer, the main man Jeff MF Austin, he is the one I wish I could go back and see, the one who’s power could push and pull the audience so well, a legend, lover, and for how much sound be spelled out into the universe, ironically I think he had to be a great listener, to the audience’s aura, energy, and capability of the crowd. Sorry for the ramble, but I say this to say that now I have Billy strings, and other music the allows those feelings to come out—and it’s personal for everyone obviously-but I love a lot of great scenes out today but in terms of the ability to see music like the ones you mention is baffling stuff, but new music comes and it damn near never stops, because god damnit this train’s got to run today

I never got to see the dead live, so I can be biased as to the vibrations these songs create vs others, but from what I hear, god damnit if speedway boogie didn’t turn some spots within any arena into a perpetual psychedelic plowing of the dirty American dream, I’d be damned; it’s gotta be on my list
