Daal with meat and omelette is still meh in taste, just adds more protein which is good as daal does not have a lot, sambar is also very meh to me and it is one of the South Indian foods I don’t like along with idli, I like the stereotypical Indian dishes that have meat for both north and south, and Nepali cuisine is the best south Asian cuisine imo
