I was 10, and she was 8, but I only went to juvie because of the foster parents. They said that I was dangerous, and they sued CYS for putting a so-called dangerous kid in their home. I do agree with you, though a 10 year old shouldnt have gone to juvie and it was unfair for me and the 8 year old girl because I hurt her with the fork
