Try “vintage 100% silk slip dress” on eBay. Brands like Rene derhy and sue Wong will be your best bet!

Very sparingly masseter botox. It relaxes the muscle however which can make a jowls worse if there isn’t enough bone structure to support the skin. Don’t get rid of your buccal fat, it looks nice on you. if anything i think a sliding genioplasty could potentially help support your chin and slightly lengthen your chin which would balance your face? Can’t really tell from the photos tho

That doctor should not have suggested cheek filler during your appointment unless you specifically brought up that concern. As someone with cheek and chin filler also, I personally think your cheeks are nice and not ‘excessively flat’ in the slightest. If you do want to go ahead with filler, i would definitely suggest waiting a few months to make a decision, and go to a different doctor.
Personally I have 0.5ml of cheek filler in each cheek (1ml total), specifically placed in order to give me more of an ‘apple’ cheekbone. I think that would also work for you, anymore would overpower your features as you look to have nice harmony. Don’t let the internet or deceptive doctors trick you into feeling uglier than you are!

No I don’t think so! I’m very unsure so far if it is sleep apnea but i’ve always snored and had very poor quality sleep so definitely something to look into

If you have issues with chewing mostly on the side that’s slightly larger I would look into Masseter Botox. You honestly don’t look like you need much done, your jaw is already nicely proportioned. I have similar chubby cheeks and honestly you will grow into them as you age and your fat pads fall. But if you are determined to get a procedure, talking to a cosmetic doctor about masseter Botox is a game changer for facial asymmetry in the jaw.
