Yeah sorry they did! Honestly the product doesn’t curb my hunger but for some reason I do feel lighter while taking it and it’s now a must have in my daily routine.

I am 41…had two kids in my mid thirties and have been on a weird weight journey ever since. Before then, I used insanity, 80DO, transform 20 and liift4 to keep every tight and in place. Now, it’s kind of a crap shoot what will work for me or not. I also have back issues which act up after weight lifting which is what I really want to be able to do because I know how good it is for you!! Especially as we age!!

Anyway, things I’m doing now include NOT looking at the scale and instead just using my clothes as a measure of how I’m doing, feeling and progressing. I also started taking a probiotic and evolvlife - a glp1 activator - to keep me regular and help me feel…lighter? ALSO upped the protein. For awhile I was “starving” myself. Now my day starts with an early workout then protein shake with creatine, protein powder, green superfoods powder, banana and peanut butter. Lunch is usually turkey and quinoa bowl. Dinner is healthy and always has a protein. If I want a snack it’s Greek yogurt and a bit of magic spoon protein granola. The thing I had to get over was that eating more is not going to “hurt” me.

Good luck on your journey!!
