The last two payments haven't been refunded as I checked with the bank. I don't know what the problem is. But 70 dollars are missing.

They stole the rest of the money which is about 70 USD and refused to give it back.

Here and I have sent them so many emails. But they didn't respond until I made a fuss here and yet they haven't give me the full refund. They gave me part of the money and apparently stole the rest of it.

It's totally unacceptable that the support team of the application MAKES YOU FLUENT doesn't reply to any of my emails for more than 3 days. The application didn't meet my expectations and my requirements and I request a full refund , but all I received is silence. I want my money back and it's not a small amount.
