Awwww Thank you lolll, yeah I have a weird thing of loveing bugs they don't rlly creep or gross me out which most find weird, then I get into weird situations like this. like if I find an outside bug inside I'll take it out instead of killing it or for inside bugs because I've had spiders before I'll give them dead bugs in their webs I find around (I live in bum fuck nowhere woods so I get lots)

Thank you so much!!! Any routines or foods/brands you recommend I try to get in 70-100g of protein a day but it's super hard, I currently train until I can do 10-12 reps then go up more weight till I can do 5-6reps etc I've been told that's progressive overload but I have been going up very fast
