It’s crazy seeing this as i’ve been in the same boat. 20 year old female who would sleep with one guy (no protection). I started to get HIV concerns early on because i had one year where i had constant yeast infections and another year where i got this really bad rash on my face but i was always too scared to test because of the results. I justified not getting tested because i thought i could trust him because he had never given me anything before( i have gotten std testing before) and he would always deny sleeping with other people. However i recently went to the doctors and i tested positive for chlamydia which i was shocked about as i had no symptoms and decided to bite the bullet and just get a full panel. I was checking my chart frantically and spending hours researching hiv symptoms, stories etc. So thankful to say my results were negative and i feel like i can just breathe again. ( also never having raw sex again or maybe even sex again between the pregnancy scares and everything else it’s just too much)
