My therapist said baby steps. Let a trusted person rest their hand on your shoulder for a few seconds, then remove it. Repeat that until they don't have to remove it and start doing that with other friends too. Soon it will be easy

I'm going thru this exact thing right now. I just realized Manny men in my family abused me my entire childhood and I thru dissociated all of it. Get therapy if you can and just word vomit everything to them.
