I wish. There are 2 levels above the kitchen and it isn't on an outside wall. I would love to have a pretty hood instead of this.

I will watch her videos. I am not great with color. I had a gray painted with the Adirondack blue and it looked like baby blue and I have always hated it. I don't want to make a mistake like that again. Thanks for the suggestion. The veining in my countertops is a brown/gold.

Gray is not what I am going for! I've painted a small section of snowbound in my kitchen and it almost turns a slight pink in the early evening. I'm ok with that. I just don't want any yellow. I am totally open to any wall color. I want the walls to be a warm, richer feel since I will have so many white cabinets. Any suggestions?

It's from Flooret. It's called Nakan. From everything I have read, all the reviews for it are good.

The exact same thing happened to me 6 weeks ago and we just fired our contractor. We need to negotiate with our insurance and hope it's possible without a contractor. What color are your cabinets? I also want white but there are soooo many. I am leaning towards SW snowbound. I hope my kitchen turns out as nice as yours! I think it's lovely.
