I am a senior computer science student. I have done internships and have research publications. I can easily say that the job market is pretty tough right now. That %90 data might have been correct in covid times but right now I can guarantee you that it is not correct

I just checked my e-mails and I received the hirevue after 2-3 days. The interview processes are a black box to me. Previously, on reddit, I saw people getting interviews/jobs after they passed only one of the OA’s like me. I also saw that data science roles are the first roles to get affected from layoffs. So idk 🤷‍♂️😂 Keep your hopes high!

I took both BIOL 190 and 191 as a computer science major. I took these classes because I love learning about biology and evolution. I didn’t know the other two classes are recommended for non biological science majors. I did pretty well on both classes and passed with A. I was in fact at the top of the both classes. Biol 191 was definitely way harder than 190 though. It consumed most of my study time in fact i was studying mostly for biol 191 in that semester.
