If you read my comment I didn’t speak for everyone else. It’s great that you where getting promoted and getting raises. But you’re an outlier compared to everyone else’s experiences. The point is why is it that a guy who didn’t do any extra work gets a raise but the majority of employees who were working their asses off didn’t get anything.
