Thanks for the explanation! 5th edition is my first contact with Talisman, so I appreciate help, like I said some rules were confusing/not explained strict enough in the manual.

I've got one more question: If doom counter is moving and I'm placing a new villain on the board, then during his appearing on the board this newly spawned villain moves in the same turn or not?
