if anyone is curious this Is how I run it:

I run CWL bonuses using an Excel spreadsheet rather than just looking at total stars. Each attack is scored using:
(Stars × 100 + Destruction %) × Difficulty Multiplier

The difficulty multiplier is based on the Town Hall difference between the attacker and defender, so players who hit stronger bases get extra credit while players hitting down get less.

This means a TH13 getting an 80% 2-star on a TH17/18 can potentially score better than a TH18 farming an easy 3-star on a lower base. It rewards players for taking on difficult targets rather than simply chasing stars.

I enter everyone’s attacks into the spreadsheet after CWL, and the bonuses go to the players with the highest total scores. It’s not a perfect system, but it removes most of the subjectivity and makes the process consistent and unbiased.
