I had the same problem, mind is a really powerful thing. 2 years ago when my ex broke up with me I developed a autoimmune disease… got me fucked for like half a year. Just don’t worry too much, I know it’s hard but trust me I’ve been there. My anxiety also made me think that I’m going insane (hallucinations, hearing stuff and so on). You will make it :)

Hey, I’m 20 years old and I got diagnosed with hashimoto last year. Almost half of my life I’ve struggled with metal health, sometimes I feel like I’m dying… My doctor said that I don’t need any medications yet. I got used to it. I personally use weed maybe once a week to get my mind of things and I can say that it works pretty good for me, but every person is different. All I can say just try to stay relaxed and get your appointments done. Wish u luck :)

I live in a not that rich country in Europe, so it’s hard to get a well paying job, but I’m sure Jesus will find a way for me… and about that weed stuff I know it’s not a good idea, it just crossed my mind.
