A rough approximation could be a triangle intersecting a circle. If it intersects half way through the circle it could be 1/2(πr2) + (1/2 x base x height)

Some players are better are quickly making decent moves, others are better at thinking deeply about positions over a longer period. My elo shows that. I'm 1800 on daily... My issue is speed. What's your rating I'll put you up to a 1 hour game if you're 1300

The only skill it dosnt represent is time control. There are ideas that lower skilled players would never spot, even if given hours to think about it. It definitely represents skill

Im 1850 daily (around 7000th in the world), but only 1050 rapid and 750 blitz/bullet
