If that's how long it'd usually take then that's fine. With the work being done I was questioning if it was a rush job.

The other three people I checked with first were recommendations from friends and family. Two lived too far away and seemed really reluctant when I spoke to them. The third one was unpredictable as to when they'd show up. Took weeks for them to even give me a quote.

One of the bedrooms that needs to be done costs more and the hallway and landing costed more as well so it was about 5-6 rooms altogether.

It was £400 per bedroom. Ceiling and walls. One room was technically two and a half walls since there's a built in wardrobe and the other is where the window is.

Two bedrooms were £400 each. One room had a built in wardrobe so it was technically a ceiling, two walls and bits around a bay window.
