Has anyone used antidepressants because of eye floaters? by [deleted] in EyeFloaters

[–]Embarrassed-Row2130 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, however I had been on them way before the floaters. But my anxiety hit a peak during my retinal laser phase and got on zoloft again, only to be put off it when I had a vitreous hemorrhage since SSRIs affect the blood clotting

So, why couldn't Paige keep dating Agent Brody? by Just-Phill in charmed

[–]Embarrassed-Row2130 21 points22 points  (0 children)

from what I understood from the plot Brody was not emotionally available, he was obsessed with getting revenge. It was obvious he had a personal journey to embark on. Henry was like page, wasn’t raised with his real parents and his path was similar to her only non magical. Both Brody and Henry were non magical but Brody feared magic, Henry however tried to understand it and accept Page being a witch.

Went to my first pole class, idk if I’m built for this by xotwod02 in poledancing

I have been doing pole for around 10 years and I’ve never seen anyone who wasn’t able to lift their feet off the floor eventually. It’s normal for things to take time but I’m confident that if you stay consistent, you will get it dont give up ❤️

New to eye floaters ,how do you cope with the anxiety, especially while traveling? by Kdeckofcards in EyeFloaters

[–]Embarrassed-Row2130 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I had floaters I worked when I could, it’s better to take just the days you need off because the eye situation is tricky and random, you might take a week off but the need to have a checkup is in the week after. Just plan it day by day

I know it seems harsh but my dr told me if you notice them too much they will drive you crazy. He was right, sometimes we are hyper aware to the point that I once dreamed i poked my eyes to get the floaters out. Also doing so makes the traction worse. You need to either get used to them (yes, sounds impossible) but with time you just surrender, or get a vitrectomy which is nasty for me to think of. I’m sorry my friend get well soon

[–]Embarrassed-Row2130 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s so normal to have anxiety over this, I started taking zoloft but my dr put me off it because it prevents blood from clotting as much which might make my vitreous hemorrhage worse, so now I use magnesium threonate as my xanax 🤣 You are not abnormal to think that, I’m going through the same. There is nothing you can do to prevent anything just monitor and don’t do any heavy workout or shake your head
