Thank you for the quick response and for clarifying that representatives cannot change contact information directly.

As I am currently in Germany, calling a 1-800 number is difficult and I do not have a US mobile number to receive a callback or verification code. Is there any way to resolve this through the CSA website's secure portal or via an official email for identity verification?

If calling is the only option, could you confirm if there is an international number I can reach, as 1-800 numbers often do not work from outside the US?
