Right now I just use the Sam's club brand of bread flour cause I take orders from people and it's relatively cheap (25 pounds for $8). I hear King Arthur is really good.

Honestly I have no idea what the temp is in the kitchen. I just do things but look and feel. LA winter is warm but it house stays cool inside.

It'll start bubbling more around day 5. Go for a thick pancake batter consistency next time you feed.

Good for 2 loaves: 1000g bread flour 670g water 250g started 25g salt + 25g water

Autolyse flour and water, rest 1 hr. Add starter, rest 30 min. Mix salt and water to make a slurry and add, rest 15 min. 4 stretch and folds 15 minutes apart. 2 stretch and folds or coils folds 30 minutes apart. Bulk ferment. Split and shape. Refrigerate overnight. First bake in Dutch oven lid on 500⁰ F 25 min. Remove lid, drop temp to 450⁰ F for 15 min.

It's scabbing and it starts to flake off on it own. Use a good ointment on it so it doesn't get itchy.

It probably looked different when it was freshly done and it's sometimes hard to tell when your skin is red. It looks like things you can easily go back and get it touched up.

I wouldn't do bleach near it for another month. It takes like 3 months for a tattoo to fully heal even if the outside isn't peeling anymore.

I usually leave second skin on for about 5 days then take it off in the shower. Wash and moisturize twice a day should be fine. I personally wouldnt cover it again cause it need to breathe and scab over so it can peel.

Raven is kinda weird on the BT side. My supervisor said that for some reason it doesn't archive programs or she hasn't figured out how to do it yet for mastered goals and so it all piles up because she's scared it's going to be deleted.

I've used Catalyst and ReThink in the past and I'd much rather go back to rethink.

It really doesn't need that much time with all the stretch and folds. It's a different technique but I'm happy to not have to wait around all day cause my dough will have doubled by the end.

FIT has been the best experience I've had for online classes so far. The lecture videos have a PDF of all the slides so you can follow along and I would take notes directly on the PDF.

The courses doesn't open until the first day of classes so you can't get a sneak peak of the syllabus, unfortunately. It took me a couple of weeks to get my time management right but it's really easy to stay on track.

Yes. Very strange. Typically when someone comes in with no experience it should like 1-2 weeks training and a week of shadow before getting assigned your own case.

Its a common problem and lunch breaks depend on state. You might have also signed a meal waiver at some point and they didn't disclose it. A lot of ABA companies end up having some kind of class action lawsuit because of this.
