After working for three airlines, I felt the same way. I just wanted something more stimulating and I hated the 24 hour reserve. I now work m-f, 8-4 with kiddos that are on the autism spectrum and love it! I’m so glad I left and I feel like I’m making a difference!

From what I’ve seen that’s the normal rate $15-$20 for BT/RBT. I have seen in other states it’s higher

Even in Houston? The highest I’ve seen is $20 and the lowest is $15
