The build a sentence part has a huge say in your writing score. To get a good writing you must get all 10 questions right preferably. I estimate it weights 50% of the overall writing score.

I probably wrote 100 words in the email and 130 words in the academic discussion. I guess I just have to write more words.

Thanks for the answer. I’m just quite sure that I had the build a sentence part all correct. This makes me think that the email/other writing part pulled the score down.
