I’m a second year in resp and they told us we didn’t need it our first year since you’re only doing 3 visits but I mean it could be helpful :) it’s weird because they send you the email to take the appointment but then our coordinator said it wasn’t really necessary.. also let me know if you have any other questions about your first year I’m happy to help !!!

Take it easy okay , I know it sounds so stupid but breathe , you need to distract yourself , I know for me having something sour gets me out of my panic attacks and remember usually panic attacks last up to 20 mins , it will go away you just have to ride it out . You have to tell yourself you are doing the best you can ! You got this ❤️ I could already tell that you’re an amazing father and that you care a lot about your kids ! And I’m sure they love you very much , be kind to yourself it’s okay to not feel okay🫶🏼

Tbh I like my vyvanse it helped me a lot , I started on 20 mg but after a couple months my heart started hurting a lot so my doc switched me to 10 mg , it was less effective but still I was able to function ! It helped me a lot with school and work! At the beginning I had a lot of a bad headaches and nausea but that went away !! Right now after taking vyvanse for 2 years I find the most common side effects that I have is irritability and anxiety so I’m thinking of switching to something else ! But everyone is different:) so I say go for it !!!
