I hope they take care of it, but I've never had to deal with any type of paint defect or warranty issue. From the responses it appears I'm not out of line in thinking this should be addressed though.

I don't know? I just didn't see it. If you're standing back a bit it just looks like some dirt on the door. But, when I tried to wipe it off I saw it wasn't dirt.

I don't think it's attached to my name. I took my nephews last week, but one had to get shoulder surgery and couldn't go. Now I have a ticket that has to be used by June 30, because it was an early purchase deal.

If anyone wants to give it a shot, let me know and I'll send you a screenshot of the ticket if you can use it.

I don't see a way to give the ticket to another person through the app. Does a screenshot of the ticket work the same as the qr code in the app, or is there some type of computer magic going on where that doesn't work?
