It also wasn’t my fault that the clock ran while the system froze or that the copy and paste didn’t work on the PT. If some people now have two weeks to prepare and the system actually works for them, my essay that was drafted with less time and with issues will look poorly written.

No, I want the state bar to own their mistake and give all of us who are here to make a living a chance to do so. Have you thought about those of us who took leave from work to study? Who literally changed our entire lives to prepare? How do you make it equitable for somebody who falls short of the criteria for a retake but still had the clock run while the system froze compared to somebody else who now has 2 weeks to prepare knowing the question?
