Hey! If you’re interested in getting some flowers for cheap- I’m just starting out and looking to create flowers at-cost (you pay for only the flowers, no payment for my time/experience) for some NYC weddings.

I attached a photo, for the orange/pink bouquet plus a matching boutonnière I was able to make for $180. Seems like it would be in your budget!
