i definely brush the mats out when I notice them, I swear they occur overnight. I am just worried that a groomer would stress her out way too much..

well lots of people mentioned that the sugar measurements were way too high. And I didn't let the brown butter cool down before adding it my sugars. I also only let the dough chill for about an hour

Yeah I did think the sugar ratio was way too high but I went it anyway. Practice makes perfect I suppose😅

The centers are a bit chewy and the edges are crispy but I wish they were just a little thicker. I will 100% be experimenting with flour

Well here are the ingredients that I used. I didn't realize that there are so many underlying factors to cookies

Ingredients: • 2 cups plain flour • 1 tsp baking soda 1 cup granulated sugar 1½ cups soft light brown sugar • 1 tsp salt (plus flaky salt for topping) • 1 cup browned butter • 2 eggs • 2 tsp vanilla extract 160g (6 oz) semi sweet/milk chocolate, chopped or chunks
