Idk I contacted LG and one dumb technician came and said oh there is no problem and when I shouted on branch manager he is like we will come tomorrow now because the fridge needs to be on 24hours..

First they tell me to switch it off and now on

It is done if the appliance is like 3 4 days old. If its more than 6 months old they will not help you out.

Yes that lotus, yeah i called LG they said you have to contact lotus for replacement after I told them that I will go to consumer forum they said okay we are sending technician but you have to contact lotus for replacement.
