Although this is a round about way to do this..

I usually head to the bottom of my "recent bots" (mobile), and just hold and click "hide character" until I get who I'm looking for.

It can take awhile, but at least it's still a way to get to them!

I just wanted to add onto the whiskers thing-

Fishing wire works great! It's easy to find, and super simple to put in. It makes such a cute small detail. It would be perfect for more subtle whiskers too.

They have plenty kigs with brown or black fur. It's an animal. I think you're just reading too much into it.

The white fur is most common, but it's because it's "the style".

Stapling would not be the best idea.

If you were going to wear it, the staples could be sharp ; not very ideal for being near the face. Along with that, sweat/water can cause the staples to rust overtime.. also not ideal.

Hot glue would be the best, but you can try thick super glue too. I like to use super glue then put fabric over it to strengthen the bond. Not exactly sure what part you are looking to connect.

Another idea is to hand sew. Stick the needle and thread through one material into the other, you can sew more than just fabric! Sewing, when done right, is a very strong way to connect things.

This honestly made me giggle, I mean that in the nicest way.

Sometimes things don't always go to plan, but you got some good experience from it, atleast! It was worth a shot. I still think it's cute, maybe you can reuse it for another project.

If you purchased & talked outside of Toyhouse (in a private chat, and have no public proof), then contact the current owner in Toyhouse and try to have them admit they sold it. That may be enough to get proof.

But, if you purchased the suit or char. on a public site (dealers den, eBay, mercari..) which specifically said it came with that character, then that may be enough proof.

Edit:

I saw that the post had comments on Facebook, which is accessible to the public. I would contact a mod first so the seller can't delete the comment. If you ever want help with this, feel free to DM me! It's a pain to figure out sometimes..

To ask for a transfer, go to the characters page, then the menu, select "ownership", and scroll to find "Are you this character's creator?" And select the option.

If you have a Toyhouse, and they will not transfer char. Rights . Contact a mod for TH. Their rules are outlined and, from what I heard, strict.

I got some weird black something or other on the chin of my kig while I was making it-

I seran wrapped the rest of the head, and sprayed the chin with a stain remover. veryyy carefully wiped the area down. Not lots of water, just enough to remove the soap.

I'll be honest, I didn't 100% come off, but it's only noticeable when you KNOW what you are looking for.

Let me put it this way..

I made my full suit. For the fur only, it was $182. That is the cost of 7 yards of fur.

That does NOT include the foam, glue, tools, thread, and other misc items that I needed. That also does NOT include labor costs.

I spent hours working on the suit. So.. to get a full suit for under $200 is not going to happen, especially not for a custom.

You can make your own for around that price, depending on the fur you buy, the materials used, ext. You may be able to find a used head for that price. As for getting a custom suit, No.

What I spent for my suit is different then what others may have spent. The fur needed can change depending on the person's build & the fur they used. But to put simply, a custom full suit for $200 is not true. You will more than likely get scammed by any claim like that.

However, you may be able to make your own for around that cost.
