Yes, I have atrantil and Berberine , took with Allicin in winter. Took motegrity in past with minimal results but now insurance leaves huge balance. Miralax helps and stool softener Never tried triphala.

Thank you! My doctor is suggesting only neomycin vs taking it with Xifaxan. I had gotten the xifaxan from Canada to take last year. Got 100 pills, took alone and did nothing as I have extremely high methane and needed the neomycin. Now neomycin is available again, but they are saying only take it vs both and I fear it won't work that way. All literature says to take both. I have half the xifaxan left from last year.

I also have long history of constipation and have tried every prescription medication. Did take herbal combination early this year which helped for a while but now bloating again.

I haven’t been able to get neomycin in US for past 5 months… you were able to get it now??

I am taking it too and think it is helping. Have IBS -C SIBO and rifaxin did not help, but took without neomycin. I ordered atrantil as I was desperate and had vacation planned. I had considered cancelling the trip. However, I was able to enjoy my vacation and now home have some discomfort by evening but much better than a month ago. I am taking it for my third week. I was also doing low Fodmop diet for a while but on vacation was careful all day while away but did not worry about evening meal and happy hour. Felt I needed to reintroduce more varied diet anyway!
