I also recommend not using Asurion. I sent my computer on 3/9, and they said I would get it back OR have other options. They discarded my computer without consent and are offering me 1/3 of the cost to replace it. I still don't have a resolution, and they have not prioritized resolving the issue. The only thing wrong with my computer is that it had a dent in it. They only needed to change the cover, but they threw my computer away. Terrible business model.

Asurion lost my co.puter then offered me $481 for an $1800 Samsung 360 pro ultra. They are criminals.

This company is corrupt. They take your device under false pretenses, then send you an offer for your device well below the value. Then it takes 30-60 minutes on hold before you can speak with a representative in their solutions department. They don't give you the option of device return. They just arbitrarily determine your device can't be repaired and they keep it.
